Cancellation Policy:

  1. Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please note that if your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

  2. Customized Orders: For customized orders, cancellation requests can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, the cancellation may not be possible as the production process may have already begun.

Refund Policy:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order. We may request you to provide photographs or other evidence of the damage. Once the damage is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, as per your preference.

  2. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please ensure that all tags, labels, and accessories are intact.

  3. Restocking Fee: In case of a cancellation or return, a restocking fee may be applicable. The restocking fee will be 10% of the product's price, unless the product packaging is unopened and undamaged, in which case the restocking fee will be waived.

  4. Return Shipping: If you need to return a product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the product reaches us safely.

  5. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take some time ( 10-15 Days) for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
